Integra prompts for document properties on each Word export
When exporting data from a Lotus Notes database to Word using Integra for Notes, the Word document properties dialog box is presented to the user each time an export is undertaken. Why is this and how can I stop it?
An option exists in Microsoft Word which allows the user to set whether the Word Properties Dialog Box is presented to the user on each save of the Word document. The above experience occurs when this option is switched on. To remove this option, select the Tools -> Option from the Microsoft Word main menu and navigate to the Save tab. The screenshot below identifies Prompt for Document Properties check box which should be disabled.
