Profile NameDescription
Agents Analysis for All Agents (SCHEDULED)Generates a detailed report of all the agents in the databases. Very useful for determining what agents are running on a server and what is their status.

By default the report is received by all persons listed in group called "IntegraDominoAdmins". Please change the recipients of this report in the Notes Action tab according to your PAB or create a group with this name in your PAB and assign the members of the group accordingly.

You may also want to change the schedule of this report. By default it is running on every first of the month.

Connections Configuration ReportExports data from the connection documents of the public address book. Contains the basic connection information as well as replication, mail routing and schedule information. Versions of this report are available to be run both on-demand and scheduled.
Database Activity ReportThis profile is designed to report on the usage activity of databases selected from the Database Catalog generating data to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.. It should be run from the server's Catalog database (Catalog.nsf) selecting the specific databases to be reported.

The resulting Excel spreadsheet contains macros for sorting and grouping outputted results.
Database Activity Report by UserReports the usage activity on databases for particular users. This report has to be run from the Catalog where databases have to be selected. It then looks into the Domino Server Log to extract usage information related to the selected databases and users.
Database ACL ListingThis profile is designed to export ACL related data from the Domino Database Catalog to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to allow identification of databases and their ACL's across servers. It should be run from the server's Catalog database (Catalog.nsf) selecting the specific databases to be reported.

The resulting Excel spreadsheet contains macros for sorting and grouping outputted results.
Database Catalog ListingThis profile is designed to export selected data from the Domino Database Catalog to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet to allow identification of database sizes, locations and settings across servers. No ACL details are provided within this profile as two other profiles are created one for just the ACL settings and the other for all details including the ACL settings.

It should be run from the server's Catalog database (Catalog.nsf) selecting the specific databases to be reported.

Domino Log Analysis - Replication ErrorsAnalyses replication errors in the Domino Log.
Domino Server Phone Call LogExcel spreadsheet profile to allow analysis of incoming and outgoing phone calls through a Domino server. Utilize through the Phone Calls\by Date or the Phone Calls\by User view in the Notes log (log.nsf) of the respective server.

The resulting spreadsheet contains macros for sorting and grouping by server.
Foreign Entries ACL ListingThis report runs on the Catalog and checks for database ACL entries which belong to a foreign domain. If the ACL entry is a group type, it checks whether it exists in the Domino Address Book. The report lists each foreign entry and it's access level. It also shows the database basic information.
Group Membership ReportSelect person(s), group(s) or server(s) documents and the report will list all the groups which the selected entity is a member of.
Mail Routing Configuration ReportA report similar to the Connections Report but focuses on mail routing information. Shows mail routing information of source and destination servers as well as connection schedules. Versions of this report are available to be run both on-demand and scheduled.
Orphaned ACL ListingThis reports analyses databases from the Catalog and lists the users and groups which do not exist in the Domino Address Book. This report is useful to clean up database ACLs from users and groups which no longer exist. It is also useful to track any mispelled users and groups.
ACL entries (users) from foreign domains are ignored and not listed. To analyse foreign domains, you can use the 'Foreign Entries ACL Listing' report.
Orphaned Users/Groups ReportThis report runs on selected groups from the Domino Address Book and checks whether these groups contain entries that do not exist in the Address Book. The Excel report also contains a column 'Recursive' which indicates whether two groups are referring to each other. These recursive groups have to be checked manually to confirm whether they contain orphaned entries.
People Analysis
Replication Configuration ReportA report similar to the Connections Report but focuses on replication information. Shows the basic information as well as the schedule and replication details. Versions of this report are available to be run both on-demand and scheduled.
Replication HistoryReports on replication events of particular databases. A data range can be selected. This report runs on the Catalog, but uses the Domino Server Log to analyse the replication events.
Resource Utilization ReportReport on the Resource & Reservations database to analyse resource utilisation between dates by department and by resource.
Server Availability ReportGenerates an Excel based report from the Monitoring Results database focusing of server availability, max number of users etc
Telephone ListGenerates a telephone list from the selected Person documents in the Domino Directory. In order to use this example your organisation's Directory needs to be selected within the Notes Tab of this profile so as to link it specifically with your organisation's directory.

This is done by either clicking on the folder icon or manually entering the server name.
Templates Used ReportAnalyses the databases from the Catalog and lists which template, if any, is being used for each of the databases. If the template resides on the same server, the report provides further information on the template being used. Knowledge of whether the template resides on the same server is of particular importance for administrators because it indicates whether the database design is automatically refreshed from the template.
Users/Groups Effective ACL RightsThis report determines the effective rights of particular users and groups on databases in the Catalog. The user is prompted with a dialog where a list of users or groups have the be selected. The report then analyses the selected databases and determines the ACL rights of the chosen entities. This report uses the Domino Address Book to extract the users out of the groups. It also displays the effective roles of the entities.
