| ACL Reports |
| Effective ACL Rights – allows identification of one or more users or groups and derives to effective rights relating to the databases selected from the catalog. The report will derive the rights of a user based on his membership in various groups and since groups can contain or be contained in sub-groups, this is also utilised in the determination as are wildcards such as */Marketing/Acme. | |
| Orphaned ACL Entries Report - allows selection of one or more databases from the catalog and identifies any ACL entries in these databases which relate to users and/or groups which are not listed in the Domino Directory. This helps identify inconsistencies in the ACL settings. | |
| Foreign ACL Entries Report - allows selection of one or more databases from the catalog and identifies any ACL entries in these databases which relate to users and/or groups which related to other domains. | |

| Database Listing – shows database properties, templates, sizes, usage and ACL settings | |
| e-mail Analysis – reports on selected users from the Domino Directory showing their mail file settings, size, template user etc. Analyzes mail storage by department, by server and displays the top n number of users in terms of mail file size. | |

| Group Membership Report - allows selection of one or more groups from the Domino Directory and identifies the users who are members of these groups. The report takes into account groups that contain groups that then contain users. This report provides a list of the effective membership of a group. | |

| Template Used Report - allows selection of databases from the catalog and lists all databases grouped by the design template they inherit their design from. This enables identification of the databases which will be effected in a change in the design of a specific template | |

| Database Activity Report - displays the usage activity on selected databases from the catalogue. Also available to run to display activity for a certain user. | |
| Server Availability Report - identifies the uptime and availability of servers within your domain including the memory and CPU utilisation percentages over time and the load of users. | |
