Integra eWorks is a flexible consultancy offering from Shireburn Software Ltd, which allows organisations to purchase a set of consultancy hours to be consumed within a period of 1 year for any range of IT services provided by the company.
Integra eWorks allows the procurement of a number of hours to be used for almost any service such as:
- development of Integra profiles
- in-depth assistance with your development of profiles
- on-line training
- installation and configuration
- additional support not covered by the default maintenance agreement
Shireburn's eWorks scheme is available in various packs of hours starting from an eWorks 10 pack for ten hours to eWorks, 25, eWorks 50 and eWorks 100. The hourly rate equivalent for each pack diminishes as the pack size increases. Packs are valid for a period of 1 year or until the hours are exhausted. Unused hours at the end of a year are able to be rolled over to a new pack if this is purchased back-to-back.
