Fixes available in Integra for Notes 4.1.12

Fixes
- Using the PDF conversion feature for Excel exports Integra returned run-time messages saying that the PDF conversion feature is not enabled. The Word to PDF conversion was not effected. The PDF conversion feature is now again working for Word and Excel exports.
- Adding users to the Quick Reports user licence table failed because the dialog to register a user under a product licence always returned an invalid licence key error message. User would still be registered automatically when just using the feature the first time. The dialog has been fixed and will now show a list of products that are licensed per user (usually the Quick Reports product)
Improvements
- The Integra filter feature works with the Notes/Domino full-text index. If such an index is not created on the source database from which the data is being exported, the filter works with reduced performance and may return unexpected results depending on the options used in the filter condition.
Step 3 (Data Filtering) of the Integra Quick Report Wizard is now shows a warning message if no full-text index has been created in the source database.
