Fixes available in Integra for Notes 4.1.5

Fixes have been implemented for
- Excel profiles that contain field links to single cells in the Excel template where running with significantly lower speed performance if the exported fields where formula fields with @dblookup() formulae. The reason being that the lookup formulae where executed for each exported Notes document. This has been addressed by executing the formulae only once for single cell links.
- Compatibility issues with MS Office 97
- Compatibility issues with the German MS Office version
- Compatibility issues with the German Notes Client
- Incorrect handling of categorised columns when the Notes documents where displayed under (Not categorised)
- The Excel CSV export option created two column values for numeric fields with a , (comma) as the decimal or thousand separator
