Fixes available in Integra for Notes 4.1.7

Fixes have been implemented for
- Word mailmerge export. In cases where a Word template attached to an Integra profile contained nothing but mergefields (no additional text), then the resulting Word document would contain only the first (selected) document in the view though all Notes documents seems to have been processed. This effect could only be experienced with the Activate option or the Save As Document option combined with the option to collect all pages in one Word document.
- In configurations where one Integra database had several replicas accross different servers and therefore the Configuration document contained a licence key for each of the servers, Integra would work only on the particular server for which the licence key was listed first in the Configuration document.
