Fixes available in Integra for Notes 4.1.8

Fixes have been implemented for
- an incompatibility issue with MS Office 97.
When running a Quick Report on documents in a view for which the first selected column or the last selected column would not contain any data for all documents exported, MS Office 97 would at the end of the export (when it tries to import the temporary CSV file created by Integra) produce an error message saying that the range in which to paste would not match the size of the range copied into the clipboard.
Besides MS Office 97 not being able to auto correct the situation (all newer versions of MS Office do), the reason for this message is basically that Integra would refer to Excel's used range object (Excelsheet.UsedRange) to select the imported data coming from the CSV file. As the most left or right column remained blank (no data), the used range is not returned in accordance with the imported CSV file. This has been corrected in that Integra now calculates the used range itself.
- a performance issue related to VPN connections.
On opening the Integra database, certain tasks are undertaken related to the products functionality which, when Integra is opened over a slow connection to a server, particularly if it includes a VPN connection, resulted in a delay in opening of the database. This process has been optimised to reduce this delay to acceptable levels.
