Fixes available in Integra for Notes 4.1.9

Fixes
- For Notes databases with a large number of views (320+) the Quick Report Wizard came up with a blank column list for the selected view the QR Wizard has been called from. Integra now supports as many views as supported by Notes/Domino.
- Word exports using the First Category Only option (advanced tab) still exported documents for each category they appear under. The option is now honered.
Improvements
- Word label exports and Word mailmerge exports are now considerably improved in performance. An average profile is anything between 2 to 4 times faster. Advanced profiles using custom filter conditions can be depending on the filter ratio (documents in view vs. documents exported) as much as 10 times faster.
