How does Integra handle multi-value fields?

Integra for Notes fully supports Notes' multi-value fields. An Integra profile allows definition of the multi-value separator to be used when presenting imported data contained within a multi-value field, just as Notes itself does. Multi-value data will then be transferred into Word, Excel or a text file separated by the chosen value.

Should this handling of multi-value data by Integra not be sufficient, the user can create a computed field containing standard Notes formulae to normalize the multi-value field.

In addition, the requirement frequently arises whereby n number of spreadsheet rows need to be created related to 1 single Notes document which has a multi-value field containing n elements. If for instance a document document has a multi-value field called Type which has 3 elements, then 3 rows need to be created in the spreadsheet with the Type column containing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd element in turn. For details on how to achieve this refer to this FAQ.
