Use of Standard Web Views rather than Applet View
When you need to run Integra for Notes using a web browser on selected documents in a view, obviously you need to have a means of selecting the documents on which you wish Integra to run.
Lotus Notes provides two methods to select documents in a view through a web browser:
1 Using a Java View applet - this will provide a horizontal selection bar down the left hand side of the view.
2 Using a standard Notes view but setting the view properties to allow selection.
The first option while convenient can suffer from performance problems and requires the use of the Java Applet which may be against corporate development policy.
To use the second option, you need to set the appropriate view properties. The required settings for these properties are shown in the screenshot below accessed through the Domino Designer for that view.
To use this option, the database (rather than the View) must also have the option circled in the database properties screen shot below for the check boxes to appear:
