Tick Mark Not Shown When running Web-Profiles

If when running a web profile the prompt user dialog does not have the usual tick mark: , you probably have duplicate system messages in your Integra database.

Follow the steps below to solve this problem.

  1. Run the Administration\Upgrade Documents & Profiles process from the Actions menu when inside the Integra database, selecting only System Messages.
  2. If you still experience the same problem when executing a web profile, continue to step 3 .
  3. Open the Integra configuration document, go to the More Options tab, open the Integra Runtime Messages view and delete all the documents.
  4. Re-run the Administration\Upgrade Documents & Profiles process as per step 1.
