How to set scheduled profiles to send emails on behalf of someone else
The sender for emails sent via scheduled Integra profiles is set to the name of the ID used to sign the Integra database (this is typically the server ID or an administrator ID). Should you need to set the sender of emails to be a different user, you need to do the following:
- Select the user ID to be used as the sender in the "Run on behalf of" field of the Agent properties
- Sign the following agents using the appropriate user ID:
The above need to be done for the following agents in the Integra database:
- (Excel Export For Icon Bar)
- (Word Export For Icon Bar)
