Bad Parameter Error
When executing a Word Integra profile, you may receive this error on a workstation: "[StaticVars.SetWordDocOptions] 27, 213 Microsoft Word: Bad parameter". This error may also be received multiple times.
The above error is usually experienced when the user name and initials fields are not entered in the Word properties. To resolve this error, please enter the user name and initials in the Word Options.
Here are the instructions for setting these values in Word 2007:
- Click the Office logo button and select Word Options
- Click Popular in the left pane
- Under Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office, Make sure you have entered a username and not left it blank or with a space.
- Click OK again to close the Options window
